![]() I don't own a pro controller at the time of this review (will be getting on soon) but the gamepad feels very good for this game the dpad is one of the best controls for games like these. However when taken advantage of though it can give some players an unfair advantage over the traditional way of fighting. The soundtrack in the game is decent kinda dubstepish/techno kinda thing most of it fits however there is a few stages where the music is kinda meh but there are a lot of stages in this game. You can use the wii u gamepad to set up moves and combos on the wii u gamepad which is really good for beginners. The characters are drawn very well and the backgrounds are beautiful. I can't compare the graphics of this game to the ps3/xbox 360 versions because I never played them but the graphics on the wii u are very well done. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is a great fighting game. I'm constantly surprised by seeing new move. With those simple commands, there are hundreds of moves, combos, throws, reversals, and linkers for each character. The Tekken fighting formula has always been the best of all fighting series, in my opinion, with is relatively simple layout of left punch, right punch, left kick, and right kick. it's hard to believe that every one of these characters has its own CGI ending (albeit a short one)! Most importantly, gameplay is TIGHT. The roster of characters is staggering, and contains all favorites. The graphics are bright, sharp, and colorful, displaying the wacky world of the Iron Fist Tournament in all its glorious weirdness. this is the game you've been waiting for.For longtime fans, this is the definitive Tekken experience. If you're a longtime fan of the series, and were disappointed by T4, T6, and SF X Tekken. Never did I imagine that it would take TWELVE years for a proper sequel to arrive. Many an hour in college was spent playing that game with friends, where we would make combos like "Team Zoo" (Roger and Kuma) and "Geezer Patrol" (Wang and Dr. It was smooth, easy for friends to pick up, and just plain fun. Throughout that console's lifespan, TTT would be revisited and played more than any other game in my collection. When I picked up the PS2 console on launch day way back in 2000, Tekken Tag Tournament was one of the two games I took home (SSX was the other). ![]()
